Zircon brick or Zirconium brick is produced by stable zircon sand with the advantage of mechanical strength, excellent stability to thermal shock, resistance to corrosion, high refractoriness under load and inertness, high density, etc. It is widely used in glass furnace, non-ferrous metal smelting furnace, and pure steel furnace. 

1. Zirconia Brick is manufactured using high quality zirconia and zirconium corundum clinker raw materials with ceramic and chemical bonding.

2. Zirconia brick is shipped under high pressure and fire with high temperature with scientifically and reasonably gradating and adding good performance of additives.

Zircon Bricks Application

1. Glass melting furnace.
2. Ladle lining in the metallurgical industry.
3. Areas of crown, burner, thermal couple, peep hole, and secondary layer of melter bottom and back lining.
4. Areas of glass tank, such as paving part and secondary layer of paving bottom, back lining, wall and bottom of fore hearth, flowing spout and spinning portion and melter.
5. Upper area of flame space or frequent thermal shock position.
6. Lining of alkali-free or low-alkali glass, sodium-calcium glass, boron-silicate glass, ceramic glass, lead glass, and other technical glass melting furnace.

Dimensions of  Zirconia Brick:

The standard size of it is 230*114*65mm; and 230*114*76mm, 230*114*32mm, etc are also common size. Except for the common sizes, some special shapes could be customized according to the customers' requirements
