Shear blade is a type of accessory blade used in the glass industry for the glass feeder machines, mainly used for cutting glass liquid. Shear blade is divided into V-shaped and U-shaped.

There are two types of shear blades: one is welded and another is monolithic. 

Welded shear blade has angles of 75 degree, 85 degree, 44 degree, 53 degree and 65 degree. 

The monolithic one is available in angles of 75 degree, 85 degree, 80 degree, 51 degree, 65 degree, 38 degree, 63 degree and 20 degree, integral strip shear blade, integral four-drop shear blade and five-drop shear blade.

The material is W6Mo5Cr4V2.

We can make the shear blade as customer' own drawing.
