The history of making glass bottles is too long. The production process of making bottle is as follows: the glass melting furnace supplies material to two production lines in the same time, which include the feeder channel, the feeder machine, and the making-bottle machine. The entrance of the two feeder is connected to the exit of glass liquid in the glass melting furnace, and the entrance of the feeder channel is connected to feeder spout and the exit of the spout is connected to the  bottle making machine through the orifice ring, Due to the influence of height difference, the glass liquid in the glass melting furnace naturally flows into the spout.

For the sillimanite spout, after the physical effoects and the chemical erosion of the glass liqure, the factory will change the spout within 8months. If the spout cant change in time, some safe problem will happen. When changing the spout, in the feeder channel, the glass liqure should be steady in the height as the normal production because only in this height, there is much glass liqure in the feeder channel and spout, When close the entrance of the feeder channel, need use much broken glass and it is very difficult to change the pout. When finish the spout, need let the broken glass melted and leave. When melting the broken glass, it will take more time to change the spout and in this way, it will take about 20 hours to change the spout. And if operate wrongly, will cause the bad effort.
