How can make the Sillimanite orifice ring?

 

The raw material has Sillimanite 0.5-3mm 30-40%, 0.088-0.5mm 20-30%,<0.088mm 20-30%, clay 8-12%, sulfite pulp waste liquid 3%, all the material mixed in a mixer. According to the mud ratio, add particle materials for dry mixing for 1 minute,  add binder for mixing for 3 minutes, and then add fine powder for mixing for 4-6 minutes. The mud moisture is controlled in 3-3.5%. The embryo is formed under 14.7MPA,  and dry for 3-4 days at 40-60 ºC, and fire at 1450 ºC.
